Eileen Rudisill Miller, known as Rudy, is an artist based outside of Philadelphia. A lifelong lover of art, fashion and film, she developed her passions studying fashion illustration and painting at Moore College of Art and Design. This led to a career as a fashion illustrator, product and doll designer, published paper doll artist, and painter. She works in her home studio, ERMiller Designs. Vibrant color, light and shadow are the common denominators in her work.
